North Star Motors is owned and operated by Rich and Jessie DeCosta. In day to day operations Rich is owner operator, and expert technician and Jessie is owner operator, and office manager. Combined they both have 19 years of experience in the automobile industry, and bring a high level of excellence and a customer centered experience to all of our client interactions.
